Jones Goes with
Absolute Poker

Poker professionals often sign with an online poker site as it benefits
both parties. The poker professional gets money for lending their name to
the online site and they get paid for the various appearances that they do
for them. The poker site, in return, gets the business that the poker pro
brings them. For each poker professional that signs with a site, there are
numerous amounts of players that come to that site simply because their name
is associated with it. Lacy Jones simply happens to be the latest poker
professional to choose a site.
Lacy Jones is known for her poker skills and is easily one of those people
that the various poker sites would like to see associated with them. She is
known for her various appearances on television shows like “The O.C.,” “Las
Vegas,” and “Entourage.” But in addition to her acting and modeling, Jones
is a poker player and a really good one.
She says that they had signed her in 2005 and she stuck with them for two
years. Then when the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, or UIGEA,
was passed in 2007 they stopped sponsoring poker professionals. Now they
have started sponsoring poker pros again, and he is lucky enough to be one
of those that is on their radar.
She said that she will be doing various promotions for the poker site, and
since the first one was related to a tuition promotion she is expecting to
continue hitting college campuses. She said that she is also starting her
own foundation and will be going to the USO. These are things that she is
already doing on her own, but will be incorporating the poker site into
these appearances as well.
