Combining Poker
December 9, 2008
CryptoLogic Limited has announced that they are going to start combining
their poker customers. The Dublin based online casino software developer
says that they are going to merge their major poker customers into Boss
Media AB’s International Poker Network.
The move will take place early next year, and the company says that this
will enable them to save upwards of $15 million per year from the deal. The
internet poker deal is a five year agreement, which would allow them to
focus on the development of the poker games and online casino business.
The new poker agreement will enable them to bring profitability to the
company and show their shareholders the value that their stock holds. It is
beneficial for their clients, as they now have access to one of the “largest
poker networks in the world.” With the agreement they are able to give their
clients a poker experience and save themselves money at the same time. It is
a win-win situation for everyone.
While their players are enjoying their poker, CryptoLogic can spend their
time working on development and licensing of their games. It will enable
them to grow substantially as a company while their players enjoy the poker
bonuses that they will be getting at the new site.
Boss Media is part of the GTech Corporation, which is part of Lottomatica,
which is based out of Italy. They will be joining InterPoker and Parabet
with the poker company International Poker Network early next year.
