Beau Rivage Looking Forward to Poker

The World Poker Tour Main Event will be hosted at the Beau Rivage Casino, located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The fifteen tournaments that will run over the course of 16 days will culminate at the Beau Rivage January 14th through the 17th.

The event will be an amazing moment for some lucky winner, especially so close after Christmas. The poker winner will get the coveted WSOP bracelet, as well as a top prize worth well over $1 million. They will also get a $25,000 seat at the World Poker Tour World Championship at the Bellagio in April.

There will be some seats left open for the local audience, and the poker event will be televised nationally. The Southern Poker Championship will begin January 2nd, and some of the biggest names in poker playing will be in attendance. For their part, the casino is excited that the poker tournament is taking place there. They say that with this being the biggest poker event of the year, and it taking place at their casino, they couldn’t be more honored.
