Full Tilt Poker Has a Winner
November 13, 2009
The online poker site Full Tilt Poker is excited to be able to announce
that their online player Kiv56 has won their tournament Event #4. The event
has been running, and poker players from around the world have entered into
it in hopes of winning one of their prizes. This particular event was a $200
+ $16 no-limit Texas Hold ‘em event that only allowed for one re-buy. It
also allowed for one add on, and had a guaranteed prize payout of at least
$600,000.
There were more than fourteen hundred players in the poker tournament, with
979 re-buys. There were also 912 add ons, which ended up increasing the
prize to $659,400. There were eighteen Full Tilt poker pros there for the
event including David Pham, Huck Seed, and Berry Johnston. The host of the
event was none other than Andrew Black, and everyone in attendance said that
they had a great time and that he did a wonderful job.
The only player to make it to the final table of three European Poker Tour
Events was Ram Vaswani – which is really a testament to his poker skills.
The first prize paid out at $141,771 to Kiv56 and second prize paid out to “archwatcher”
at $89,678.40. The amounts decreased from there with 8th place “Cowboy3362”
taking home $13,1888.
The final table proved to be as exciting to watch as to play, and those who
were lucky enough to be at it said that the play was aggressive and a whole
lot of fun. But then this is what most poker players have come to expect
from Full Tilt poker – a lot of fun and a lot of winning.
