Poker Stars European Tour Continues

The Poker Stars European Poker Tour is one of the most exciting events of
the season. Poker players around the world come to experience the type of
playing that goes on in its work such as this one, and even those they
choose not to play for whatever reason, still watch the game in hopes of
learning some tips and tricks from some of the best poker players in the
industry. They are never disappointed.
This year the poker event is already down to less than 100 players. The
event continues today in San Remo, Italy, and will run until Saturday when
they are down to their last poker chip. Whoever wins this poker tournaments
will take home approximately $1.3 million for their troubles. The event
started today with 207 players, but quickly dropped down to 100.
The chip leader at this point is Han Heitmann with 211,000. He is followed
by Todd Brunson with 163,000 chips and Rolf Slotboom with 52,000 chips. This
is the 10th poker tournament of the 11 that will run throughout the poker
event. The final event will take place April 12th through the 17th and will
have around the clock qualifiers for those who hope to avoid the $15,600 buy
in that will be necessary in order to play.
The final event for the poker tournament will have a prize from easily in
the millions of dollars and the players would be crazy not to try and get a
piece of that pie. It is bound to be an exciting event, and one that should
not be missed.
