Online poker rooms know that one of the best ways to drive traffic to their site is to bring in professional poker players to their domain. The better the poker player, the more people that will come to their site. Some of the biggest names in poker are constantly being wooed by sites that want them to come play for them so that they can tout it to the world. They think that this makes them look like the best poker site out there – and it really does.
 
But one would think that Doyle Brunson would be enough of a name at his poker site that he wouldn’t really care whether or not a poker player comes or goes. But it would appear that even Brunson is not immune to wanting other poker pros to come to his site.
 
The online poker room recently announced that poker professional Chris Moorman had signed to play with the room. Brunson points out that Moorman is to online poker what he was to live poker – a force to be reckoned with. Moorman is now the fourth member of the poker site – and many say that it is the perfect match.
 
Brunson said that he thought that Moorman was just like him “except for the British accent.” He said that he picked the 21 year old poker player because he knew what a great player he was. Ultimately he is looking to have a team of ten poker professionals that are going to be the “young legends of the game” and he is excited to see how they are going to play. Moorman is the second best poker player of the year according to CardPlayer.com but most do not expect him to stay in second place for long.
