Let's face it unless you have been living under a rock you have heard of
the iPhone. And if you have heard of the iPhone you have heard of an App.
All of their commercials, all of their ads, every piece of marketing that
they have done have all reinforced the idea that there is "an app for that."
It really is a brilliant piece of marketing.
But with these various apps, now totaling in the hundreds of thousands,
there is now a poker for those who wish to play on their iPhone. The new
game is called the World Series of Poker Hold 'em Legend and poker players
are bound to love it. It is a high-stakes poker game for both the iPhone and
the iPod touch. It is a multiyear partnership between Glu and Harrah's
Interactive Entertainment.
The application lets poker fans will play through more than 25 different
poker event's across seven unique casino venues. Five of these casinos will
actually be Harrah's properties which will give you an introduction video
for each of the locations. Experts say that it is a "fast paced... gaming
experience" and poker players are bound to love it.
It will have peer to peer multiplayer capabilities, hand replays, and
multiplayer allowances that let you go against up to nine players at a time.
You can also listen to your iPod while playing poker, which is simply one
more cool thing that it allows you to do. The game can be found at the App
Store on iTunes.
