Poker Oktoberfest Returns
October 8, 2009
It is Oktoberfest time again at the Hustler Casino. Their annual
Oktoberfest Fall Poker Classic has returned as part of their extreme stack
series. The poker classic will begin Thursday, October 15 and will continue
through Monday, November 2. Buy ins for the poker event will range from
$120, up to $330, and the Main event will run $1060. The No Limit Hold ‘em
has been scheduled for most of the poker events for the series, but there
will be a One Pot Limit Omaha event at 3 PM on Monday, October 26.
There will be more than $300,000 in guarantees and extreme chip counts, and
it will have many of the normal classics that players have come to expect.
They will be running the annual Liz Flynt poker classic, except this year it
will be a miniseries within the Oktoberfest. The double day multiple day
event will have a $100,000 guarantee. It will run for two days, and the
finalists from both days will return on Monday, October 26, at 5 PM for the
final event. As usual, it will have the customary champagne and rose upon
arrival, and ladies can get their pictures taken with the Hustler Hunks.
This poker event is normally a ladies only game, however, this year, they
are allowing men to enter. For those men who choose to enter the poker event
they will get it to have their pictures taken with the Hustler Honey’s. The
final event is the No Limit Hold ‘em Donkeyfest with a $10,000 prize pool.
It’s just a small event, but it’s a fun one.
Throughout the poker events, they will be also offering the second chance
monster stacks each night at 7 PM for those players who bust out early. It
costs only $125 to enter and players get $6000 in chips.
