No High Stakes Poker Co-Host
October 26, 2009
GSN is gearing up for season six of the popular show High Stakes Poker.
This is shown has already proved to be very popular among poker players,
both professional and amateur. It is also very popular online poker
spectators, those people who enjoy the game of poker in as much as they like
to watch it being played, but they don't necessarily want to play it
themselves.
But the popular poker show does not currently have a co-host and many of the
poker players and participants of the show, as well as the spectators, or
wondering who it is going to be. There was a report that A. J. Benza was not
brought back for the current season of the poker show and many were
wondering why. He wrote on his blog that a female would be taking his place
as co-host of the show but did not say who that would be.
Some people are starting to take bets on who the new co-host might be with
some putting their bets on Shana Hiatt and others betting on Kara Scott.
Although both poker players would prove to be an excellent addition to show.
Some poker players are saying that they know who the host is even if they
aren't admitting. They say they are not allowed to divulge that information
yet but just last week Daniel Negreanu said that he knew who it was. The
producers of the poker show have not decided to release the information yet
says are wondering if anyone has been told that we might be.
Some of poker players seem to think that with contract negotiations still
ongoing that they may not want to risk releasing that information until all
papers are signed. Either way no one knows who the new co-host is going to
be, so we will just have to wait and see.
