Poker players who just can’t get enough of the game or of their favorite
players are going to love a new show that is coming out. ESPN is going to
let poker fans see the world behind the curtain as it pertains to poker
playing. The new show is going to be called “ESPN Inside Deal” and poker
fans are already very excited about the possibilities that it could hold for
them.
The new poker show will begin on August 4th and fans will be able to watch
it at ESPN.com only. It is a web based television style show that will be a
three month series. Laura Lane, ESPN The Magazine’s contributor will be one
of the hosts; as will Andrew Feldman – an ESPN.com columnist and poker
player.
This is a rare opportunity for players to get a chance to see what it is
really like being a professional poker player and being in this world. They
will get to see things from the World Series of Poker that have never been
aired before – which will give them even greater insight as to how the poker
games are played and how people win.
Poker vans will be able to send questions to the various poker players via
Twitter, Facebook and of course, email – and many will get their questions
answered. They will also get the latest news and updates as they pertain to
the poker world, keeping them truly on the inside of the realm. And then if
all of this was not enough, they are also going to hold a sweepstakes for
their players where they could win a chance to go to the final table in
November of the World Series of Poker.
