SunPoker.com sends Michigan
online poker player to WSOP
June
12, 2006
As
we creep up on the 2006 World Series of Poker, many online poker
rooms that are giving away free seats from their online poker
tourneys are wrapping up. One online poker room, SunPoker.com just
awarded its best Texas Hold 'em player with a grand prize of t a
highly coveted seat at this year’s Main Event in Vegas.
Online poker tourney winner Claude Mason will be playing in this
year’s WSOP representing SunPoker.com. The 35 year old is from
Taylor, Michigan and is SunPoker’s King of the Palace
Champion. Just for playing online poker and having a great time
winning, he won the online poker room’s $10,000 Grand Prize package
that includes a seat to play in the 2006 World Series of Poker in
Las Vegas. His trip and accommodations are all paid as well.
He
won by playing in the four month long online poker tourney - King
of the Palace, a sequence of online poker games and live poker
tourneys that were geared towards crowning the champ with the
fabulous online poker player award.
The
winner, a father to three children, played his best online poker
game against thousands of other online poker players. He beat 9
other tourney finalists live at the Palace of Auburn Hills to win
his seat to the richest poker event in history. He has only dreamed
of getting a chance to play in any WSOP event, now his dream is
reality. Call it a pre Father’s Day gift, but this is one happy
online poker player. He plans of taking his family with him to Vegas
for the event, too.
Not
only will Claude Mason's family be in Las Vegas with him, so will
poker professional Kenna James who has invited him to a private Sun
Poker Party for a few rounds of poker playing lessons before the
WSOP Main Event starts. This sounds like a great time. Good Luck
Claude mason.
